2. Floss daily

3. Use a mouthwash to wash out all the remaining germs.

4. Use a toothbrush with soft bristles.

5. Regular dental checkups.

6. Do not using one toothbrush for more than 4 months.

7. Avoid nicotine products use.

8. Avoid sugary foods.
