Yoga for Your Hair

This pose is known to prevent hair loss and increase blood flow to the scalp.
2. BALASANA 
Sit on a mat with knees folded and legs touching your hips. Inhale and stretch your hands upwards and then exhale, and bend down until your forehead and palms touch the ground. If possible rest your elbows on the ground. Focus on your breathing and maintain the pose for 30 seconds.
This pose helps in dealing with digestive problems and stress that are the major factors causing hair fall.
3. KAPALBHATI
This is a very famous yoga pose down by almost every elderly person.
Keep your back bone and head straight and sit in crossed leg position. Place your hands on your knees, with your palms facing up and relax all your muscles. Take in a deep breath and then exhale all the air out. Repeat for a couple of minutes.
4. SIRSANASA
This pose is also known as headstand. Kneel down first and interlock your fingers and place them behind your head. Now bend down and touch your forehead to the ground. Supporting the crown of your head with your interlocked hands, raise your legs up slowly to stand upside down perpendicular to the floor. Keep your legs close and arms straight. Once your body is stable maintain the pose for a few seconds. It prevents greying of hair.
It is not possible to do this pose correctly the very first time. Just make sure not to get yourself injured during this.
5. SARVANGASANA
This pose helps by improving blood supply to scalp and also prevents thinning of hair improving its health.
Lie on your back against a wall and make a 90-degree angle with your legs. Now lift your hips off the ground using your hands and then balance the whole body on your shoulders.
